We recently had the opportunity to visit our client Hitachi Construction Machinery UK (HCMUK) in the Midlands for an upcoming project. And when we called into the local depot at the end of the day, we had the pleasure of seeing a previous creative project we had worked on!
HCMUK had tasked us with creating a new look for its latest fleet of vans for the company’s expanding team of field service engineers. The design had to communicate the nationwide service they provide and how technology connects Hitachi with their customers and machines.
We achieved this using a map to highlight the national coverage, and a grid to emphasise the network of service and support behind the latest excavator and wheel loader models. This was complemented by the appropriate Hitachi branding, contact details and icons that promote the new -7 models.
Our client was delighted by the outcome and we also felt a sense of achievement to see how the service vans looked in the flesh. Thank you to everyone at HCMUK for the opportunity and we hope that the hard-working field service engineers stand out even more from the crowd on job sites all over the country.
