As part of our work with new client, Hitachi Construction Machinery UK (HCMUK), we have created an online campaign for the recruitment of field service engineers – an important role for servicing excavator and wheel loader customer needs nationwide.
After presenting our initial ideas, the client selected “Be the difference” as the headline to promote all careers at HCMUK, with the more specific message of “I’m at the top of my game – now it’s your turn!” used to target experienced engineers.
As well as creating an advertisement and poster, website banner and social media graphics, we wrote a storyline for the campaign and spent two days interviewing five of the company’s existing employees.
The result was a compilation video to attract new applicants, featuring all of the interviewees, and a more detailed, individual job movie focused on one of our subjects. As may be evidenced from the footage, we were so impressed with the cooperation we received from everyone at HCMUK, which added to our enjoyment of the project as a whole.
