Vanderlande takeover internal PR


RED worked with the client on a one-to-one basis to ensure complete confidentiality on a wide range of communication materials. These included speeches, presentations, video interviews and other methods of presenting the news internally within Vanderlande. Overall the message was communicated to more than 5,000 employees at the same time around the globe.


RED was engaged to manage the internal PR and communications for the announcement of the takeover of Vanderlande by TICO on a strictly confidential basis.
