RED took the lead in directing the high-quality videography and content. We worked with interviewees to ensure they were relaxed and able to reflect their personalities, as well as Vanderlande’s core values. Carefully shot compositions showcased the company’s dynamic working environments, which included offices and customer locations in: The Netherlands, Spain, Norway and UK across Europe; and Canada, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and China further afield. Our team interviewed around 100 employees, helping our client to successfully recruit many new staff, having almost doubled their employee numbers since.
Challenge
Vanderlande requires passionate and ambitious people that can have a positive impact on their business. RED was tasked with attracting top talent through an inclusive recruitment marketing campaign that highlighted our client’s rewarding work culture. Part of our challenge was to travel across three continents and record the diverse experiences of Vanderlande employees in different job areas. We needed to establish a structure and style for these individual and compilation movies, which would effectively communicate the values of the “Challenges in Motion” campaign.
