Background: Vanderlande is the global market leader for value-added logistic process automation at airports, and in the parcel market. The company is also a leading supplier of process automation solutions for warehouses.

The challenge

To create a series of job area movies for our client’s recruitment campaign, ‘Challenges in Motion’, by interviewing various personnel within the company about their roles – including the mention of a range of keywords that highlight Vanderlande’s core values.

The solution

RED got to know the interviewees as much as time allowed before they were interviewed on camera. This not only helped them to feel at ease, but also had a positive impact on how they portrayed their experiences of working with Vanderlande.

The result

The client was delighted with RED’s personal approach and portrayal of the campaign theme and keywords. This resulted in a series of seven English-speaking movies that are being used on Vanderlande’s YouTube channel, careers website and social media outlets. RED also produced an English compilation recruitment movie, and have been asked to complete the same project in three other languages – watch this space!
