We conducted extensive research into the current labour market and recruitment profiles in order to create a standardised document. This had to be easy to use and adapt, while retaining enough flexibility dependent on the individual position. Overall Vanderlande was highly impressed with our suggested framework, which has become the default structure for vacancy texts.

Our client Vanderlande is an international company that has continued to enjoy strong growth in recent years. We were asked to devise a template on which it could base all of its subsequent job postings, with the intention of promoting a consistent and positive message about the company to prospective applicants.
