Background: Vanderlande is the global market leader for value-added logistic process automation at airports, and in the parcel market. The company is also a leading supplier of process automation solutions for warehouses.

The challenge

After completing the first stage of Vanderlande’s popular ‘Challenges in Motion’ recruitment marketing campaign, RED was asked to visit North America and create a movie for this growing market. The invitation extended to interviewing ten personnel in Vancouver, Canada, and Atlanta, USA.

The solution

The Vanderlande team was interviewed – initially in person and then on camera – in various office and site locations across the two cities. This range of footage enabled us to gather enough material to make the ten individual job area movies fundamentally different. It also contributed to a wide-ranging American recruitment video that features all interviewees.

The result

The North American ‘Challenges in Motion’ movie follows the same format, style and content as the European and Chinese versions, so that all are easily recognisable and consistent. Not only was our client delighted with the result, but the individual interviewees were also understandably proud of their achievements.
