Background: Vanderlande is the global market leader for value-added logistic process automation at airports, and in the parcel market. The company is also a leading supplier of process automation solutions for warehouses.

The challenge

As a dynamic international company, Vanderlande defined a unique strategy to support its growth. However, this had to be clearly communicated to all employees, regardless of their position, geographical location and time spent at the company.

The solution

We worked with our client to create six newsletters to communicate a specific aspect of the strategy. For each newsletter, we interviewed a Vanderlande expert in order to prepare a longer editorial, as well as write and sub-edit shorter news stories.

The result

The newsletters are a strong example of the power of internal communications. They also demonstrate how a company’s strategic approach can be explained using plain English, practical examples and insights from experienced managers.
