The challenge
As the world’s leading trade fair for the construction industry, Bauma is the perfect platform to launch new products and innovations. However, competition for the attention of the attending world press is fierce and it was our task to ensure Hitachi stood out.
The solution
Ahead of the event and in collaboration with Hitachi’s dealer network, we launched a proactive PR campaign designed to engage with targeted international trade press at key times. Additionally, we were instrumental in the design and implementation of the stand’s interactive elements, as well as the supporting media information packs for journalists.
The result
Our approach resulted in a high turnout of targeted media, who enjoyed the opportunity to meet HCME’s new President, as well as its product specialists. Engagement with the stand, presentations and general hospitality were excellent. Consequently, Hitachi benefited from worldwide press coverage following the event.
