Over the past few weeks we’ve covered why you should blog and how to drive traffic there. But how often should you post content?
Quality over quantity
Two to three times a week is a great benchmark. It allows you to create contemporary and high-quality posts without stretching yourself too far.
If you don’t have the resources to post this often, then why not aim for at least once a week. You want website visitors to see you are active. However, you also don’t want to post badly written and grammatically incorrect content – this could do more damage than good and make your business look unprofessional.
Schedule
Write a schedule for the week and stick to it. Otherwise your great ideas can easily end up being pushed aside. With all the best intentions, you’ll end up with an empty blog or one that has been rushed and hasn’t been proofread properly.
