RED was on location in Finland this month, shooting new after-sales materials for Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME). We were working closely with our client, Jasmin, on her first international shoot and the country’s Hitachi dealer, Rotator Oy, with its valued customer, Lassi Kaiponen Oy.
While we were based in Helsinki and enjoying 24 hours of daylight, we visited job sites in Vihti and Kivikko, and then the dealer’s branch at Vantaa. It was a privilege to join such an enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable dealer team, working in unison with a very friendly, cooperative and successful customer.
We are producing a new Support Chain after-sales movie, using Rotator as a fine example of a strong Hitachi support network. In addition we are working on a series of short, impactful promotional films for use in social media and other digital channels. And finally, we have also gathered more than enough information and photography for HCME’s customer magazine and PR activities.
